Great views, but need to repeatedly remind staff about what is no milk products - Edit
This is a great option to get some fine French cuisine but if you are vegan, you need to tell them repeatedly as they are so busy and not that fussed. It is expensive and a highly touristy venue, but the views and the access to the noise of a French kitchen are lovely and quaint, respectively. It is not a Green Michelin restaurant and doesn't try to be, so be prepared to work with the waiter staff. The Head Waiter is particularly nice and saved the day. I was served a dish that clearly had cheese in it, and it was sent back, acknowledged, and I didn't get compensation for this (other than a clean replacement).

The restaurant offers a beautiful view on the city because it’s located near Fourvières.
Read moreI had noticed them I wanted a vegan menu at reservation, they wrote me back to say they would let the chef know. When I arrived, I informed the waiter about that and he clearly didn’t know anything about my request, he checked with the chef and came back saying they would adapt the “menu vegetal” for me. This menu seems vegetarian, but be aware that they still use things like animal stock in it.
Everything I had was good, something very good but quite traditional. The dessert, fully created for me as none of the dessert are vegan, was delicious though.

Great vegan set menu - Edit
Ask for a vegan set menu in advance when reserving. One of the best vegan fine dining meals and experiences I’ve ever had. Amazing views and food.
