Serves meat, vegan options available. Taiwan noodle restaurant offering freshly handmade noodles, and you could choose the noodle size. The vegan sesame paste noodle with tofu skin strings and shaved vegetables costs approx. 32RMB for a large portion. The house-made plum juice is refreshing in the summer. Nice interior, has Wi-Fi. NOTE: The veggie tapas such as bean sprouts are served with ground pork on top, and while you can request to cook without it, the kitchen might forget about it. Address is 富民路291号1楼. Handmade Noodle Heaven

This is a great place to bring guests! It's roomy, it's sleek, modern, oh and the noodles! YUM! Get the handcut noodles, they're the biggest size and it's got a unique shape. They definitely use the big slab of dough and cut at the block to make these noodles. I forgot what that was called, but they're fresh, you can tell.

There's only 1 main noodle dish that's vegetarian, which is good or bad depending how you look at it. It made it really easy to choose what to eat that's for sure. But they also serve veggie dishes which you can tell them Pu Yao rou (don't want meat). They also serve nice green tea in a pot.

Since this is a beef noodle restaurant, of course the meat dishes will be great for your non-vegetarian friends.

I remember the price vividly. It was ¥190 for 4 people. That included 2 pots of tea, 4 main dishes and 2 veggie dishes. Really good deal!

My favorite vegan lunch in town

If you want a vegan lunch that is not greasy and contains raw vegetables as well, this is the place to go.

Their vege noodles with vinegar sesame sauce are excellent and come with tofu strings, raw carrots and raw cucumber slices on top and have been consistent for years.

You can choose the noodle size and 5mm would be my recommendation.

As mentioned in the listing: All vegetable tapas come with ground pork on top and a request to the waiters that the cooks cook without it are regularily forgotten.

The restaurant is open late and closes around 24:00 if I remember right.
