Disappointing

This place advertises itself in Pearson airport’s restaurant listing as having vegan options, but the staff didn’t seem to understand what this means. The veggie patty is vegan but came with cheese even though we said vegan meant no dairy and no eggs. They weren’t happy that they had to make it again. Also, it comes on a brioche bun (eggs) so we had to have it in a bowl. All through the ordering process we had to explain what would and would not be vegan.

Pros: Patty tasted okay

Cons: Unknowledgeable staff
