Great concept, great burgers! - Edit
My boyfriend and I decided to check on Bugo for it was recommended in a tourist guide - for once not using HappyCow from scratch. It was a great surprise! He is not a veggie, so he could have what he wanted, and I could eat safely.
The waitress explained the concept: you have different types of compositions, then you choose your bread, and then the sauce. Assembling your burger, one can make a completely vegan option. Quite cheap, and delicious!
Pros: Good food, Terrasse and location, Adaptability
Cons: Windy ;)

Not really vegan options. - Edit
We just had lunch in Bugo. We asked for vegan options and it was just a grilled portobello mushroom. Just it. Just one. Served with tasty baked potatoes and overcooked rice. Anything else.
They mistake options while serving us, in everyones meal, and messed our kid menu( changed the kind of burger she asked for) .
Summing up, it's not really an option for a vegan , at least for me! I shared with happy meat customers who liked their meal, so probably is just a lack of options and information for what a vegan is.
Pros: Location, Place kind of nice
Cons: Not vegan options , Expensive for what you get.

smatty patty - Edit
I had the chickpea veggieburger. I asked if everything was vegan and the burger came out with nonvegan cheese on it. The patty was an undercooked mess, and the overall taste experience was underwhelming. It also lies a bit excluded as the only restaurant on the street. The others seemed satisfied with their meat options.

Awesome veggie burguers - Edit
This was the place I ate my very first veggie burguer. 4 years passed and I still go there. The vegan lentil burguer is very good but the baked potatoes are just awesome! They have one more vegetarian option - chickpea burguer. The place is quite small but well located. You should take your non-veggie friends there and I can assure you they will be all over your veggie burguer and will regret their meat or fish choice.
It's better to go at week days lunch time when cheaper menus are available. But call ahead as they often have a crowd waiting for a table.
Pros: Awesome food, Nice decoration, Friendly Staff
Cons: Small, Crowded
