Not certain my ramen was vegan - Edit
This is a super cute, fun place and the service was friendly! It pains me to say I don’t trust their vegan ramen as mine arrived with an egg in it and the noodles seemed springy like egg noodles.
Read moreCommunication with the server was challenging, even in Spanish. So while a fun experience, I would say be careful if you are a strict vegan or have an egg allergy.

Worst customer service and worst food - Edit
You cannot expect anything good at this place. The lady server was so rude. They put chives in our food despite I asked them not to. When we complained, they did not like it. They took the bowl inside and took the top salad out. I noticed it is the same bowl and all the chives were mixed inside. We just left and paid for the food without eating. The server has a really bad attitude banging dishes and showing her emotions. Never can go again

There are 3 vegan options. I took the miso one and was delicious. The atmosphere was perfect and the waitress was really nice.

Not ramen but great atmosphere - Edit
I went here twice. Not because of the ramen. I had the shoyu and miso ramen and both tasted ok but not like ramen. I had the yasai gyoza,too. The taste was good but they were warm not hot which was a disappointment. However the atmosphere was really great,such a unique vibe!I would recommend it for the unique experience.

Very cool place with 3 vegan ramen options and vegetable gyoza. We chose the Ramen Yasai Miso which was really nice. And a robot serves your food!

Los ramen traen proteínas (heurra) así que me dió ganas de traerlos.
Desafortunadamente, faltan sabores y especias. Puse piquante.
El mazesoba es seco.
También podrían ofrecer mas opciones (bao, donburi y mochi veganos por ejemplo)

Went on Friday right after they opened and were able to get a table without a reservation. The place was pretty full by 9. The decor is very fun. We got the vegetable gyoza. There were three vegan ramen choices. I went with the kimchi ramen, and my dad got the yasai miso ramen and added an egg. Mine was very good, though I did add some hit sauce to give it an extra kick.

It's a very popular place, but we got there early (by spanish standards) so we got in without a reservation. We tried two vegan ramens and they were really delicious. The restaurant itself also had a fun Japanese vibe and decorations.
