Buddhist Chi Sum Vegan, Hong Kong - Edit
This small place around 1/2 way in between North Point and Fortress Hill MTR station is an absolute gem.
Basically you pitch up and serve yourself. There's a warm food cabinet with around 8 or 9 dishes in. There's also soup, congee, rice, noodles and sweet soup dessert. All for the price super bargain of 40 bucks HK. Everything is vegan.
The food is fabulous, the lady who runs it is terrific, the other customers are very nice (I've been twice and both times people have started speaking with me).
If you are Buddhist you will particularly like as there is a lot of Buddhist music and things on display.
