We came here for breakfast. I ordered the French toast after a lot of consideration. I also had a soy flat white. The coffee was strong and made well. I enjoyed the French toast and the fruit with it was lovely.

The cafe is nicely decorated and the service is friendly and good.

Great menu with bowl meals, salads, granola, French toast, treats and smoothies. I enjoyed the Epic Brekky Bowl, with all the traditional components, including scrambled tofu, baked beans, mushrooms, kale, yam, guacamole - there’s a burrito version too. Curry, pasta and other bowl meals. I want to try them all.

I ordered the green power bowl, found the veggies wonderful! I didn’t realise majority of the dish would be “liquidy” quinoa, so it threw me a bit texture wise. I still ate everything and found the portion huge, but delivery fee made it more expensive than worth. Had I known how wet the dish would be I would have picked something different bc of my sensory issue with the texture, but now I know😄

My algue Latte was also so tasty.
The staff was really friendly and the sitting area was cozy.
The prices were not too expensive for the excellent quality of food we get.
I've also got for take away a cookie and a protein Ball, and they were so yummy too.
If you are in Sydney, you have to visit this amazing place!!

I've been here a few times and it's always been fabulous. The food is healthy and tastes amazing. Great size servings, very filling. The breakfast burrito is delish, has a smokey flavour and very filling. Epic brekkie bowl is wholesome, and just delightful. We also had kick starter and cacao smoothie both yummy. The place has a cool, garden feel vibe. A must visit for breakfast or lunch.

Lovely place, lovely staff, I had the Bedouin bowl and thought the falafel waffles were a great unique take on waffles! Also fun to fill with all the delicious hummus dips.
Read moreHealthy and filling, I would definitely go back to try more bowls. Will note they are quite expensive though, esp with a 10% weekend surcharge, but at least we can be assured that the workers are being paid fairly hehe

We both enjoyed these bowls immensely, it was such a delicious surprise, so fresh, tasty, and a filling lunch.
Highly recommend dining here.
We popped in again the next day to sit and enjoy a pot of Chai … one of the best my partner has tasted - a real depth of flavour & piping hot.
