Disappointed - Edit
We've been looking forward to going to this place because it was closed the entire weekend. Would preface by saying we love supporting vegan places, it is very important to us. Only 6 menu items were vegan when we were there, that is not a lot.
Read moreThe dal rice bowl was very good. Buddha bowl (after removing honey) is passable. Cabbage rolls was meh, fries were ok. Sushi and dumplings were questionable.
The dumplings were stuffed with millet - I feel like I'm eating dumplings made by someone who maybe doesn't understand what a dumpling is? It felts so bizarre that it was stuffed with millet. The sushi came with brown rice that was not seasoned with sushi rice seasoning. And the wasabi was rolled into the sushi. Again that was quite bizarre. Felt like they didn't know what sushi was?
Food took an hour to come out, we were seated outside, the canopies didn't fully block us from the sun, it was a 37C day.
We ordered almost every vegan item they had on the menu because were excited and wanted to support the most vegan place in San Ignacio, but it wasn't a good experience. They also don't take VISA, but you can pay with paypal.
Pros: Vegan options in San Ignacio
Cons: Food takes a long time, Food wasn't good - except for dahl bowl

Yummy and friendly - Edit
Laney the owner is super friendly and easy to talk to. I’d recommend going just to meet her. The food is great. Tons of kombucha options. Have some yummy vegan baked good (the chocolate muffin is yumm!). All of the ingredients are super high quality. And she has vegan white chocolate that is local. Have a homemade coconuts yogurt. Great place!

Best (only?) veggie place in San Ignacio - Edit
Great portion sizes and very tasty food. The owner said everything apart from the egg rolls and the wontons was vegan. Definitely going back for more!

The most vegan options in town - Edit
This place is an amazing little gem! Mostly everything on the menu is vegan- a few vegetarian options. They make their own kombucha too! We tried the Buddha bowl, vegan dumplings, and the special of the day which was a mushroom fried rice- all super tasty and fresh. Will definitely be back to try more!
