Bright and airy space - Edit
I asked which menu items could be made vegan and the super friendly waitress said they had a vegan menu so she quickly brought that to our table. Soup of the day was curried carrot & lentil but I opted for the smoked tofu tacos. Bit pricy at £14 as the portion size wasn’t big but it was really tasty. We finished off with turmeric lattes. Didn’t see the vegan cakes so can’t comment on those. Nice gift shop on site but again (for me) a bit pricey.
Read moreEdit July’25 - there’s no longer a separate vegan menu but I can’t stress enough how accommodating the staff are about providing vegan options (eg today’s soup special had optional sausage but they swapped that out for tofu to make it vegan for me). My third visit now and equally as great each time.

I had the ‘mezze combo’ to start which included three delicious vegan dips with sourdough bread. For main I had the ‘vegan board’ which was fabulous. I then finished with an oat milk flat white. Great vegan options!

Quite a few vegan options or easily-adapted options throughout their courses. Three vegan cakes available at the time. I had a delicious spelt-based cake which was delicious and not over-sweet. A choice of non-dairy milks available for coffee.

Excellent lunch of soup (choice of 3 vegan soups) and main course (chickpea and tomatoes hotpot with a salad of grains and veg).Although stuffed couldn’t resist the vegan chocolate torte for dessert.
