Fresh, Delicious, and Economical

We ordered the Hummus Panini with a baked potato and brussle sprouts, and the Mushroom Panini with a side salad. Everyone was very pleased. We left with full and happy tummies.

Pros: Lots of vegan and vegetarian options, Local, Small Business. Clean!, Fresh, great service and the price was a bonus.

Great food

Great food and great environment in Princeton. Love this little gem in town. Very flavorful food and friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Great place

Only some vegan items are marked but the friendly owner is very knowledgeable about vegan options. Tasty sandwiches, soups, kombucha and desserts.

Five star restaurant right in town.

5 stars for Bucha Brewhouse is well deserved, despite that HappyCow won't allow for that since it isn't fully vegan. The food is always fresh and delicious. All the sauces and dressings are housemade, low calorie, and fully vegan. The food is so healthy and filling. And the kombucha is the best I've ever had.

Pros: Most things are vegan, Fresh food every day, Everything is made in house
