Hummus Warning - made with chicken livers! - Edit
Menu not marked veggie or vegan but has allergy symbols. Waitress seemed vegan aware (helped by local Russian speaking friend), was going to have the sweet potato salad bowl but was warned about the hummus being chicken liver hummus, which I've never heard of before. Ended up having a modified tofu salad and tabbouleh

sweet potato bowl - Edit
I had the sweet potato bowl (which was the only vegan option I could find). the bowl was good, but it was a small portion. the menu is in English and the allergens of every dish are listed, so it's easy to figure out which one is vegan. the falafel bowl has the allergens milk and eggs listed (I think cheese sauce). has different kind of non dairy milks.

They have an extensive drink menu and 4 different types of Vegan milk barrista style from Alapo company stocked up in the front fridge. Basically looks like like any drink you can ask for vegan. They have a vegan menu with things on it that seem vegan.
Read moreI did try the falafel and beet hummus dish.. but honestly I enjoyed the side salad the most. We arrived very late, so I wouldn't hate on them for this.. but the flavor of the hummus tasted a little rancid, and the falafel wasn't really, it was more like a mush ball on the inside and gently fried on the outside. No dense structure to the falafel.
I'd go back definitely for a vegan drink. 😋

Nice place with some good options. One English menu available, vegan items not labeled but menu items have some detail that makes it relatively easy to work out. Nice setting, draw back was service was pretty slow. Would eat here again as the falafel bowl hit the spot well.

Tasty and healthy food. If you need to eat something that has more vegetables than other vegan options in Bishkek, this will probably be your best choice. It's a pity that the selection of vegan dishes is limited. It's also not clearly marked what's vegan and what's vegetarian but you can guess (the menu is in English).

Popular and nicely looking place. Some outside seats are available, many indoor seats. Food options are great. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Have visited the place twice to enjoy more food options)

I really liked the atmosphere there. The staff was super nice and knowledgeable about vegan options. I had vegetable soup (without the cheese) and buckwheat porridge (with coconut milk). Both were really nice, the coffee was good as well.
