I got the Pretty Burger with an Impossible patty, a side of onion rings, and a sparkling water. The food was super tasty! The burger was dressed well and the onion rings were tasty even cold (which wasn’t the fault of the restaurant; I picked up the food and walked it home so it cooled off). My only issue is that this was a *bit* more expensive than I would have liked. It ended up being $26 with a 20% tip, which isn’t totally out of bounds but is still a little more than I’d like to pay for an Impossible Burger. If you’re willing to splurge a little, definitely check out this place!

Not to mention the cozy atmosphere and great playlist. Buddie's is a must!

This restaurant kept popping up when I would search for vegan food nearby me. I can see why. I never knew avocado wedges can be fries! The Bubb's Burger salad had more burger than lettuce/salad in my opinion, but it's not so much a complaint as it is an observation. The Buffalo Fried Chick'n salad had a bit of spice to it as I would expect but not too much that I couldn't taste the flavor. The only feedback that I would offer is that I wish there was an option of subbing the bun for a veggie wrap or a whole grain bun. I do recommend giving this restaurant a try.

I ordered the Sweet tea chicken sandwich and it was delicious! The flavors worked very well together. The food was so good that I nearly ate my fingers in the process. If you’re in the DC area, you should stop by and give them a try. 😉

I’m visiting DC & I’ve been following bubbies for a while so it was the first place I went to when I visited. It was ok. The beet burger was not good & the Cesar salad was okay (way over priced). Guy work counter was nice

Really dry and boring breakfast sandwich - Edit
I’m the perfect demographic for this place but the breakfast sandwich I had was dry and salty and on a sad sad bagel. I’ve had food from Bubbie’s once before, a chicken sandwich I think. And that was okay. But the breakfast sandwich was disappointing.

The food here is great! We got the agave chicken biscuit and lemon pepper wings, flavor was on point! Only taking off 1 star because of the experience. Last time we went, the AC wasn't on, and it'd be nice if they could convert this more into a place with service.

Fine if you’re nearby. Always happy for 100% PB. I tried the buffalo chick’n sandwich I think it was. Not bad and not extremely memorable. Sizable enough menu to go a few times. Overall it’s fine for PB fast food. I would not recommend traveling far to get here or make a special trip but if in area why not

The restaurant was a little small but service was good. The gave me old fries (maybe they made them first or someone else didn’t want them) but quickly made another batch that was fresh. The had a PBJ chicken sandwich the was like nothing I ever tried. Who knew PBJ would go good on a chicken sandwich? The only thing I didn’t like was the Lemon Pepper Drumsticks. The texture was soggy & overly salty. I will definitely come back again

Indulgent American food - Edit
If you don’t mind greasy, messy, indulgent American food, you will love Bubbie’s. The buffalo chik’n sandwich had a nice heat balanced out by a tangy and rich cream spread. The fried green tomato sandwich has a nice “honey” mustard sauce that I really enjoyed. As a vegan It was awesome to finally have onion rings again.
