Occasionally will make vegan pop tarts. Has a large grab-n-go case full of vegan salads, salad dressings, soups, and more. Some Saturdays, vegan bagels are made fresh, with vegan toppings available: vegan cream cheese, and vegan butter. B’s Salty & Sweet is a vegan gem! Their coffee is rich and smooth, perfect for any time of day. The pastries are a delightful combination of flavors. However, the BLAST lunch item stands out for me. It is filled with fresh, vibrant, satisfying, and energizing ingredients. Also, the warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly and knowledgeable staff make every visit enjoyable. B’s Salty & Sweet has quickly become my favorite spot for a delicious and wholesome vegan experience. I highly recommend it!

Delicious! - Edit
We got the BLAT sandwiches, and while they weren’t that exciting to look at, they were delicious! I loved the coconut bacon. We got some cookies as well that were just as delicious. I would love to come back and try a bagel sandwich. Price was fine, not cheap but not crazy expensive either. We were also able to bring our old pug inside the Factory where this is located, which was great since we were traveling with her.

You're right - our products aren't cheap, but we try to keep our prices as low as possible. We use an organic stone-milled flour and make all our breads, fillings, jams, salad dressings, etc. in house. That means things cost more, but are better for you! No preservatives, no artificial nonsense in anything. We hope to see you again.

This place is delicious. Absolutely scrumptious. I stayed in Columbia for 4 days & ate here 3 times. I had breakfast twice & lunch one, as well as getting a bunch of cookies to take back to my rental. My best friend loves here & even brings me cookies when she visits. This place is so good. Prices are great. The menu changes so there is a lot of variety. I had a breakfast sandwich both mornings I ate here. It was phenomenal. Their coconut bacon is the bomb. For lunch I had a tamale pie. Again, phenomenal. The vegan cookies are to die for. I highly, highly recommend this wonderful place. What an absolute treasure for this town to have.

Really wonderful mostly vegan spot - Edit
This bakery is an oasis in the desert for vegans in Columbia! We had vegan grilled cheese, tomato soup, and black bean soup, and everything was delicious. They also have lots of vegan desserts and drinks, plus to go salads.

Hidden Gem in Columbia - Edit
Unfortunately Columbia doesn’t offer many vegan options, so this shop is a treasure! I have had their falafel burger and pot pie, and both were delicious. Their cookies are also incredible! I love that everything is homemade. I would highly recommend stopping by.
