leuke kleurrijke plek met veel vegan opties! de brunchplank met avocado feta creme was heerlijk en de oesterzwam kroket smaakte super! de glutenvrije vegan cheesecake was helaas een tegenvaller, die was enorm hard en droog. ook een tip voor de toekomst is een vegan high tea optie aan te bieden, dit lijkt mij een leuk idee maar er staat helaas bij dat de high tea niet vegan mogelijk is.

Nice place, good tasting breakfast - Edit
We were in Heerlen for one night, as our hotel did not serve vegan options for breakfast we decided to go here. What a good choice, clearly visible on the menu which options were vegan and I had plenty of choice. I went for American pancakes with fruit and shared a smoothiebowl with fruit. Filled with plenty of fruit, vegan yoghurt, pancakes and very good espresso we went away with a smile.

Real surprise - Edit
Establishment that offers breakfast and lunch with a lot of vegan options. They state online that they are a vegan bakery but that's not the case. Not everything from the bakery is vegan. Make sure to ask which cake is vegan.

Op de kaart stond twee keer ‘vegan plank’, maar na navraag te hebben gedaan (want bij 1 plank zat iets met geitenkaas), bleek dat het fout op de kaart stond. Ik heb de echte vegan plank gepakt, hier zat een boterham met een kroket bij, een boterham met vegan pulled pork, nacho’s, een salade, olijven en dips. Het duurde best wel lang voor we ons eten kregen, maar het was het wachten waard!
