Fantastic Flavors & Large Portions - Edit
I ordered the “Power Bowl” with the fried halloumi cheese on the side to give to my partner (he loved it). It was a rainbow of flavors! Everything about the dish was absolutely perfect. Ripe, fresh, beautifully cooked, and delicious. Highly recommend! The prices are ever so slightly high, but the lovely staff, history, incredible view, portion sizes, and balance of flavors all more than make up for that.

$10 parking, reservation needed, but lovely food - Edit
It’s true there’s not a ton of options, but what they have is really excellent. Mom and I shared an order of unusually good avocado toast and a power bowl without the cheese. So flavorful!
Read moreWe just didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into with the whole Stanley Hotel situation. If I was in the area again I doubt I would go back. But we had a very nice meal.
Pros: Delicious , Great view, Fancy bathroom
Cons: Expensive, Paying for parking , Needing reservations

Options, but not good - Edit
I wanted to order the Bahn Mi because of the HappyCow description and the menu said “vegan” for the meat, but the sandwich cannot be made vegan.
Read moreI ordered the tofu scramble and it was not very good at all. The only spice that seemed like was used was turmeric. It’s nice that they had options, but just not that good. They did though have oat milk and the setting was pretty.

Solid Veg Options - Edit
My husband and I did a weekend away in Estes. The tofu scramble was delicious. The menu had several options and alternative milks for coffees. I would definitely come back!

Good Food, Slow Service, Great Experience - Edit
My friend and I had lunch here recently on a drive through Estes Park and had an enjoyable meal. It was fun to eat on the grounds of the Stanley Hotel, so right off the bat this place gets points for that. The menu had some decent vegan/vegetarian options, and we were pleased that our server was willing to work with us to customize the dishes we wanted, even if they weren't typically served without meat. For example, I had the Danny Boy!, subbing country fried tofu for the bacon and egg, and it was great. The quite generous serving of tofu was delicious, but it took so long for them to prepare it that our food was very delayed getting to us. Our server eventually gave us a discount and comped us a biscuit, and at least the tofu was worth the wait.

Few options, but decent - Edit
There aren’t a ton of options, and whoever put up photos definitely put up photos of meat. The tofu scramble was actually surprisingly nice!
