Best vegan fika in town! - Edit
I tried their hummus bowl and it was delicious. For take away I took some pastries and it was delicious, forgot to take photos though. Food wise it’s not many options, the hummus bowl and a soup that’s vegan but all the sweets are vegan and it’s so many options. Highly recommend this place

Had what I would describe as a light lunch, with soup and a hummus bowl respectively. The food was fresh and yummy, and the atmosphere was nice. The cookies also tasted great. Would have liked to try some of all the vegan pastry, but will have to come back for that!

One is called Bruketkaffebar and second is Lilla Bruket Tågaborg. And they have a Bageri aka Bakery too. Checkout their website for more clarity if my explanation seems confusing.
Firstly i am in awe with the sustainability goals Bruket has. And how much thought they are putting in their food business. I have added their goals pic which is Swedish but we have google translate to understand their goals if that matters for you as a customer.
Coming to their food. They have a lot of vegan options. I think most of their items are vegan expect one or two.
I love their portion sizes and i would prefer this place over every other place since i get vegan, cleaner and healthier breakfast which keeps me full and happy and most importantly it is delicious. No compromise on taste.
I have posted all the food items i had. But here by sharing names of all food items i had:
Day 1:
Kulturgröt(warm oatmeal)

Day 2:(i loved this place soo much that I decided to go here even on the second day of my trip)

Pros: Fact that they are sustainability focused, Ambience & portion of all dishes, Organic food is offerings
Cons: They are busy all time haha!, I wish they were in Gothenburg ;)

Oh i forgot to mention that I had their Pain au chocolat and it was vegan too. And it was absolutely perfect as i expect it to be. Flaky, moist from inside and chocolaty. Loved it!

We picked up some vegan cakes to take away. We would have sat in but the cafe was very busy. Wide selection of beautiful cakes and treats, lots we're gluten free - tasted like they are wholefood/raw/low sugar. Interesting flavours like violet/blackberry and chilli/chocolate.

A cozy place with many vegan options. I couldn't have been happier when the waitress told me all the pastries were vegan. Also delicious vegan lunch options. Dogs are allowed inside, which makes the atmosphere even more cosy.

A must visit if in Helsingborg. Lots of vegan baked goods, breakfast and lunch. The menue is seasonal so it is always exciting to try new things! All produce is organic and local too so thats a great plus!

Most things are vegan m. I tried thier Chailatte and Orange Chocolate cake and it all really good! It’s a really cozy place and the staff is super nice!

Nicely decorated coffee house/ lunch restaurant with very kind and helpful (and funny) staff. This time I was surprised to see the place is bigger than it used to be, and it seems pretty crowded at times. But this is good. Businesses like this deserve to thrive. 😊
