Add protein (fried, smoked or steamed tofu). Then fill your bowl with up to seven types of fresh Korean vegetables, plus over 25 other vegetables. Lastly, you add any of the made-in-house sauces. The food isn’t bad but can’t say that it’s authentic Korean food. It works much like chipotle where you pick a base and then go down a line to add your toppings.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. It's like a Korean Chipotle, but with a lot more flexibility in the range of options/toppings that are added.
Read moreI got a bowl with some of the tofu, rice, edamame, zucchini, carrots, onions, sprouts, the sesame soy dressing... I'm sure I'm forgetting some things, but it was all delicious. Had the second half today and it was just as tasty.
Definitely recommend checking this place out; I'll be going back again for sure.

Speedy and friendly service. Thoroughly enjoyed my Super Bowl (7 veggies) and they allowed me to do half fried tofu and half ginger tofu since I couldn’t make up my mind. They have a loyalty punch card for a free small bowl. I’m not too certain about the parking situation here. Most of the obvi spots were taken, so I parked around back (which I believe is illegal but I carried out, so I wasn’t there long).
