A sight for sore eyes! - Edit

Cute, and a little bit country cafe. A relief to find while traveling. They have a separate vegan menu that has what items you can order. The staff was helpful in finding what we could get vegan -and- gluten free! I got the Thai salad, and it was pretty, super fresh, and flavorful!

Pros: Lot's of vegan options, easy parking, free WiFi, r

Banh Mi bliss! - Edit

Wow!! There are a few vegan options on the menu and I got the Banh Mi sandwich. It's huge and so flavorful- the tofu is delicious and there's a great flavor bomb of fermented cabbage and banana peppers. It comes with chips and I got it on the GF bread. I'll def be back!!

This is the place - Edit

This is really the only place to go in Bennington for fresh vegan food. Breakfast burritos, bean burgers, organic oatmeal, banh mi sandwich, homemade tempeh TLTs, breakfast bowls, salads, and soups. Non-dairy milk options, tofutti, house made tofu feta, etc. Plus it has the best (probably only organic) coffee in town from Mocha Joe's, and all kinds of homemade gluten free and other sweets. Hummus, salsa, tabouli, are all made in house from scratch......and it's got a cool vibe and they play good music.

Pros: lots of vegan options as part of the regular menu

Cons: yes, there is meat on the menu. but no cow.

Advertises vegan options in a small town - Edit

This was a great find! Located next to our hotel, their menu lists "daily vegan options," which was a surprise in this small town.

They have soy milk for coffee, vegan baked goods, tofutti cream cheese for bagels, and they can make vegan sandwiches and salads.

If you're passing through or in the area for skiing, this is definitely a good spot for breakfast or lunch - or just a coffee for the road.

Pros: Labels "vegan options", Friendly

Cons: Serves meat
