Reduced vegan options but increased prices - Edit
While they increased their prices, they reduced the vegan options drastically. We went there for breakfast and there were no listed savory breakfast options. Before they had their delicious sandwiches (Stullen) but there don't exist any vegan ones anymore. When asked I got some bread with olive oil which was qualitatively good but still a little bit disappointing.

Die Brotklappe ist unser absoluter Lieblingsbäcker. Das Brot ist unglaublich gut, von Basic über Klappenbrot bis zu den Baguettes und es gibt auch eine kleine Auswahl an veganen süßen Möglichkeiten, wovon der Morning bun unser Favorit ist.

lovely bakery. I really like that they have unique vegan sweet treats, but I wish they offered more savory vegan things as there's just one vegan foccaccia and one vegan sandwich and both include onions which I sadly can't eat. I tried the Mohnschnecke at the Gretchen café which receives all their baked goods from the Brotklappe, the Mohnschnecke was delicious! Wish I could have tried the morning bun as well but due to a production issues both the Gretchen café and the Brotklappe didn't have it in vegan that day, which was quite sad. Prepare for a long line, people are always queueing up at this place :)

Hot beverages are all as a vegan option available with oat milk, there were two vegan breakfast/ pastry options, no savoury options, but nonetheless the true highlight is the Bread. It's gorgeous.

The Klappentoast is I think the only labeled vegan breakfast option, but it's substantial and pretty good. Bring asbestos fingers for the coffee cups with no handles!
