i'm severely disappointed - Edit
i wanted to buy some bread rolls but they were all gone already so i went for the pretzel sticks. there was no sign indicating the price so i only realised it after paying. one single pretzel stick costs 3(!!!)€ and it's as long as an average adults' hand. the taste wasn't good enough to justify the price. might be nice to have a fully gluten-free bakery if you have celiac disease but otherwise i find it extremely overpriced.
Read morealso, i tried an ice cream scoop (peach cassis) which was too sugary in my opinion. at least it wasn't that expensive (1,80€ if you choose to go) but they don't have cones, just single-use cups. would be nice to have a reusable/edible alternative here.
another point that was very strange is that there are different prices for to-go or eating in. if you want to sit inside, you always have to pay ~0,50€ more which makes it look like they don't want their customers to stay.
Pros: all food is vegan, friendly, they accept brought bags/cups to put products in
Cons: extremely overpriced, more expensive if you stay to eat, too sugary ice cream, no toilet

Never had such good gluten free bread, which was perfectly fluffy on the inside, but crisp on the outside.

Einfach ein Muss beim Leipzig Besuch - Edit
Leckerer Kuchen, tolle Leipziger Lerchen (haltbare Spezialität, gut geeignetes Mitbringsel), der Tee schmeckt auch gut (leider gibt es keinen Kaffee ohne Koffein). Das Tonkaeis ist sehr zu empfehlen, das "Griechischer Joghurteis" (vegan) schmeckt recht säuerlich, erfrischend für diejenigen, die das mögen.

First things first, this place is listed as vegan but they are offering cows milk for their coffee so the listing should be changed to vegetarian.
Read moreTheir food is fully vegan, 100% gluten free and delicious. They offer bread, bread rolls, cakes, cookies and other baked goods as well as ready made bread mixes.
The staff is super passionate and proud of their products.
The cafe is cute and has seating for about 12 people.
The location is super convenient near the central station and close many of the city hotels.
The cakes we tried were out of his world, freshly baked and very delicious.

There are 4 options to try the classic Leipzig pie, “Leipziger Lerchen” - regular, apple cinnamon, chocolate chip walnut and hanf / hemp seed (I think that’s the 4th one but not 100%).
Read moreThe regular and apple cinnamon were my favorite. They also have brownies and bread and a few other baked goods. Everything is gluten free! Most of their offerings are different kinds of bread with a few pastries.
I think they could expand more on the pastry side.

Very small store, four seats outside (sometimes). All is vegan (and gluten free). Five mins easy walk f/ central train station; in middle of town. In summer: very good ice cream. Coffee fresh & high quality. Local "Lärchen" danishes, always fresh. This is an elderly couple, so do not be hasty 😉

Wir durften bereits schon viele Male Leipzig besuchen, jedoch blieb es uns bisher vorenthalten eine der typischen Lärchen zu kosten.
Read moreDaher musste nach Entdeckung dieser veganen und glutenfreien Variante, dieses Erlebnis natürlich sofort nachgeholt werden.
In dem süßen kleinen Lädchen konnte man insgesamt zwischen vier verschiedenen Varianten des Gebäcks wählen. Zudem gab es eine Vielzahl verschiedener Brote und anderer Gebäcke, von denen wir und noch Florentiner einpacken ließen. Von dem Brot durften wir etwas probieren.
Wir nahmen eine klassische und eine Schoko/Walnuss Lärche. Hier unterscheidet sich dann hauptsächlich die Garnierung und der Kern des Gebäcks. Beide schmeckten sehr lecker aber waren auch sehr zuckrig. Für uns schon etwas zu viel des Guten aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Die Florentiner mit Zartbitterglasur waren da schon eher nach unserem Geschmack. Das Brot war ebenso überdurchschnittlich lecker und werden es beim nächsten Besuch definitiv mitnehmen.
Der Service war super freundlich und erklärte auch dem vierten in Folge Kunden immer wieder geduldig, das hier alles vegan sei 😂

Jackpot! Vegan Leipziger Lerche! - Edit
I couldn't believe that there was this new all vegan, gluten free bakery in Leipzig and I excitedly tried a few Leipziger Lerchen because I'd never seen a vegan one before. They are so so good! Marzipan and chocolate and spices...mmm. There are a few different types of Lerchers: chocolate, chocolate chili, and apple. I also tried the brownie, which had a really nice, warm and gooey chocolate center. I'm looking forward to going back and trying more!

Ich konnte nicht glauben - es gibt eine neue komplett vegan gluten frei backerei in Leipzig! Ich war besonders aufregend über die Leipziger Lerchen, weil ich nie probiert habe (da sie sind normaleweise nicht vegan). Sie sind so lecker! Es gibt verschiedene typen: schokolade, schokolade chili, und apfel. Ich habe auch die Brownie probiert und es hat ein nett, warm und flussig schokolade zentrum. Ich freue mich oft zurück zu gehen!
Alles wird Täglich vor Ort frisch gebacken.

Der kleine Laden „Brotgefühle“ in Leipzig hat wirklich exzellentes Eis (alles vegan!)! Ich hatte eine Kugel Schokopresso und eine Kugel Erdbeere im Hörnchen. Die Kugeln waren groß.

Right in the middle of the old town. The icecream was super delicious, I went there twice. 1 scoop costs 1.80 Euro. If you'd like to have your icecream in a vegan, glutenfree cone, then it's plus 70 cents.
