Excellent homemade seitan burger! - Edit
The chef makes the seitan and kimchi in-house, and they are incredibly flavorful! You can order either the regular vegan burger with kimchi and other delicious toppings, or you can request to have the BBQ burger with a seitan patty. They'll also veganize the sautéed balsamic mushrooms if you ask. The portions are big, the fries are the best in town, and the people who work there are incredibly friendly.This is my favorite place to eat in Lillehammer!

Pros: delicious food, helpful and accommodating staff , relatively cheap prices (for Norway)
Cons: only that the place isn't all vegan :)
