Serves meat, vegan options available. Its 2nd outlet, located inside The Market in downtown across from El Cortez. Similar menu but with additional specials and vegan options marked. The Market sells some vegan products, including locally made vegan cheese. Open Mon-Sun 8:00am-11:00pm.

conveniently downtown - Edit
On our last trip to Vegas, we found the Bronze Cafe in The Market across from the El Cortez where we always stay. We used to drive to their location at the Center, but downtown continues to become more vegan friendly and this was another good find. Our friends took sandwiches to go to take on the plane while we stayed to have brunch one morning. We also checked out the store and there were vegan options throughout, including selling locally made Virgin Cheese.
Pros: vegan options at cafe and store, sells Virgin Cheese
Cons: not all vegan
