5 stars!! - Edit
If I could give this place 5 stars I would. Their salads are amazing (seriously, they make kale taste good! 😜) Especially the David’s special. The sammich is also pretty good. They also have cakes, most of which I really liked, and all of which are vegan!

Vegecated Sandwich is amazing! - Edit
Cute little spot with a small, wind-free patio area, that has delicious vegan options. Some vegan cookies, but the salads and sandwiches are what you will write home about. The service is super friendly and you may catch the owner about if you're lucky -- very nice guy! I highly recommend it for its plant-based options. It shares space with a juice place, which I didn't try, but probably will next time. Please note that only fully vegan/veg restaurants get five star reviews -- otherwise, this would have five stars!

Came here for the bakery - Edit
They had a large variety of baked goods for take away so I bought a bunch and ate it in my hotel when I had this late night cravings. It was good, but nothing worth coming back for.

Great food in a fun market - Edit
I came here because a friend told me that they have vegan options. Ha ha I had pretty low expectations if I am being honest. I was thinking it was going to be a Subway style restaurant with Tofurkey. This couldn't have been further from the reality that greeted me. The Cafe has friendly employees who really seem to take pride in the great dishes that they offer. We opted to enjoy some of their sandwiches. I had the good The Good Earth Pita. Holy happy cow it was good. I love salads in a pita and this was a really hearty salad in a sandwich with a greens salad off to the side. It was lemon vinaigrette dressed greens, roasted red pepper, roasted mushrooms, romesco, hummus, and caramelized sunflower seeds in a pita. Their sandwiches are huge too. With a side of hummus & pita they make for a really good split-able lunch. I however, was super hungry and I finished my sammich and side of hummus solo and then proceeded to enjoy a Chai Spice cookie. Most of their pastries and baked goods are vegan which was really awesome. It is a bummer that I can only offer this business 4 stars as it is definitely a 5+ place. Thank you for working to make such a wonderful dining experience. I will definitely be back anytime I am in Vegas.

Great food choices, but could be cleaner - Edit
I really thought I had landed in paradise vegan-wise when I reviewed the brunch menu. While in a grocery store, this place has great choices from pancakes to kale-tofu scrambles as well as choices for meat eaters. The food was good, although the vegan sausage and bacon must have been sitting there a bit.

That took a star off.

Located inside 'The Market' - Edit
I think Bronze Cafe is underrated in Vegas. They have tasty sandwiches and salads plus a wide variety of vegan baked goods to check out. This location at The Market also does a daily brunch that is amazing.

conveniently downtown - Edit
On our last trip to Vegas, we found the Bronze Cafe in The Market across from the El Cortez where we always stay. We used to drive to their location at the Center, but downtown continues to become more vegan friendly and this was another good find. Our friends took sandwiches to go to take on the plane while we stayed to have brunch one morning. We also checked out the store and there were vegan options throughout, including selling locally made Virgin Cheese.
