Amazing food! - Edit
I was very impressed with the variety of food on the menu especially the option for vegan cheese! I ordered the Pear Gorgonzola pizza with vegan mozzarella and it was so delicious! We also had the hummus trio which was very good.

Decent pizza - Edit
The pizza was decent, the cheese was very gooey. The menu said there was no extra cost for vegan cheese but when we got our bill we got charge 50 cents extra per pizza for vegan cheese. It’s not a lot extra, just a little annoying since the menu says no extra charge. It was nice that the menu listed that there was vegan cheese as well as that both traditional and wheat crust are vegan.

There are barely any places with vegan eats in the Wilmington area so it is especially wonderful for Brixx to offer a vegan pizza. The pizza was OK. I liked the whole wheat thin crust more than anything. The toppings, herbs, and sauce were good too. The vegan cheese isn't anything to write home about. There is much better vegan cheese out there! We also had the Pasta Pomodoro which was OK. It's a nice restaurant, serves cocktails, right by the movie theater a plus. The server was very nice but didn't know the meaning of vegan. All in all, an OK experience, but definitely room for improvement.

Vegan pizza! - Edit
It was a real treat to be out at a shopping center and be able to eat at a regular restaurant with great vegan options. Although the vegan options aren't as prominent on the menu as they might be, vegan cheese can be substituted on any pizza at no extra charge. The pizza was delicious. We also enjoyed good service, the casual atmosphere, and the extensive beer selection.
