Not Many Options, But They Know What Vegan Is - Edit
This is a good place to fall back on if you happen to be out with others and can't make it to any of the 100% vegan places in Charlotte, like ZiZi's, Lunas, or Bean Vegan Cuisine.
The menu options were small, like 3 or 4 options. I got the pizza. Its 10" and nothing special. I like Wholefoods dough a lot better. This place apparently specializes in pizza though. I wouldn't have eaten here, but I was in Charlotte on business and we did a meeting downtown and I wasn't driving so I had to go with what was nearby.
I do like that the staff wore shirts that mentioned vegetarian and vegan options. At least they are trying to accommodate, but Charlotte offers at least 3 great restaurants in town.
Pros: Convenient, Price, Understanding of Veganism
Cons: Pizza wasn't anything special

Pizza - Edit
Unlike most pizza places, this one offers some vegan options (along with non-vegetarian pizzas). The atmosphere is nice and relaxed--not elegant dining, but above the level of the run-of-the-mill pizza parlor.
Pros: Pizza
Cons: Pizza

Delicious. - Edit
While i do wish they would expand their vegan options, what they do offer is great! We love the hummus plate and Vegetable pizza with vegan cheese. You can essentially make your own pizza. A modified Mexican pizza was really tasty as well. Totally satisfies the old pizza craving that comes every once in awhile. Our server knew that some possible sounding options were not vegan.
They also have a good beer selection. Close to Time Warner Cable Arena.
Pros: Vegan cheese, Hummus

Good pizza - Edit
Brixx's recently updated their cheese selection to include one that's actually vegan, which is great (if only they'd serve Daiya!). The servers are always friendly; tell them you're vegan, and they'll be really great about accommodating you. Brixx has a three-flavor hummus and toasted pita appetizer, which is quite tasty. Their pizza crust is good -- slightly on the thinner side, light, and a little crunchy -- and doesn't leave you feeling like you have a brick (or brixx?) in your stomach. Our favorite pizzas are the Wood Roasted Vegetable and the Wild Mushroom & Arugula. They also offer whole wheat crust. Although they don't offer too many vegan options, what they do have is good.
Pros: Friendly staff, Tasty, light pizza, Vegan cheese
Cons: Noisy

New Menu and Vegan cheese! - Edit
I went on Wed. 10/08/08 and got to see their brand new menu which is not yet posted online. Changes:
1. Veggie cheese is now Vegan Gourmet brand cheese
2. Now offer whole wheat pizza crust
3. No longer carry broccoli so the veggie pizza is now a California veggie pizza complete with avacado and tomatoes and roasted garlic! It was very good!
4. Added a veg. pasta dish
5. Added Mediterranian salad feat. bananas(?!)
We ate at the bar and the bartender was very nice and went back to look at the new cheese to tell us the brand name. We were a little nervous about trying the new pizza but it ended up being really tasty. It's much more filling than the old one.
Pros: Vegan cheese, More veg. options now on menu, $ value
Cons: not 100% veg, huntersville location often loud, need more crayon colors!!

its pizza. - Edit
the hummus dish was amazing. black bean hummus i have never heard of, and was very pleased. the pizza on the other hand was slightly above average. i had the mushroom pizza, which i imagine is designed to be eaten with large amounts of cheese. no cheese, so it was basically 3 types of mushrooms on pizza dough. oh, and as far the servers go, they asked if i wanted vegan cheese (without me stating i was vegan) and i kindly denied. both because i dont like vegan cheese and because it rumored that it not vegan at all. just watch out.
Pros: alot of beer, hummus
