I would order a build your own pizza and add a few toppings, they have vegan cheese unlike most pizza places and they're usually pretty consistent in the proportions. always made fast for me too!

We ordered 2 gluten free vegetable pizzas with vegan cheese. The pizzas are very small (11’ cut in 6 slices) and the gluten free crust came half burnt. It was ok but honestly I’d just get a Daiya freezer pizza over ordering here again...

According to their website, the traditional and whole wheat crusts are vegan. Gluten-free and cauliflower crusts are NOT vegan. Vegan cheese is available upon request at no charge. Be sure to check the allergen information on the website to make sure there is no hidden dairy or eggs in any of the ingredients. I like the Wood Roasted Vegetable pizza. As long as you get the traditional or whole wheat crust, the only change you have to make is to specify vegan cheese.

They have vegan cheese or you can have no cheese, which is what I have. The pizza is good and not overly oily. Fresh ingredients and friendly staff.

Vegan Pizza in Huntersville - Edit
We enjoy the atmosphere of Birkdale, especially in the summer. Brixx has several great options for veg-pizza and offers a vegan and GF version as well. We've had the vegan pizza now a couple of times and if you enjoy the taste/texture of vegan cheese then its a great option. Next time we go I think we will just order the "no cheese" pizza. Great beer choices and good service as well.
