Vegan Pizza - Edit
I'm Italian and I really love pizza, finally I could enjoy a pizza with cheese, at Brixx in all the locations they have vegan choices that are really nice.

Disappointing - Edit
We ordered the wood roasted vegetable and margherita pizzas (vegan), which had the perfect amount of cheese. Both pizzas came with fresh herbs, which were burnt to a crisp. The margherita does not come with sauce, so it was just cheese and tomatoes (and burnt basil) - kinda tasteless. The vegetable pizza was good. We tried to order appetizers, but were told the hummus trio and zucchini balsamic toast were not vegan.
We also ordered a couple non-veg pizzas, one of which was made incorrectly. When we picked up our order they referred to those as the "normal" pizzas, which is a little rude.
Pros: vegan cheese
Cons: no vegan appetizers?
