My bowl was OK. Service was really odd. Staff were confused about vegan items and mixed vegan up with gluten-free (I never asked about gluten free). I asked for a kale and cabbage base, but they made my bowl with no base and I had to have this corrected. I went with the garlic paste to limit oils / fats and it was good. The veggies and the tofu were good. I don’t think my bowl was worth $14 though.

Accessible but a bit Greasy - Edit
They have a lot of vegan friendly options which made it appealing and easy for me to build my own bowl. Their bowls follow a similar structure of brown rice as a grain, choice of protein, then topped with veggies and some type of Asian inspired sauce such as a tahini-sesame dressing or their chili oil.
Read moreI enjoyed the two tofu bowls that we had here although I found them to be overly saucy and oily. I would suggest requesting to go light on both if you are able. Their tofu was good and I appreciated the many veggie options. Plus their fried plantains were also a nice side to accompany the bowls.
Service here was really friendly and helpful, and even when you dine in, your bowls will be served in takeout containers. This is helpful if you aren't able to finish your food in one sitting but seems wasteful when you toss it out right afterwards.

Fast, delicious, easily customizable - Edit
We got a take away from Brightwok Kitchen and the portions were enough for two meals. Lots of fresh delicious veggies. You can customize your order by choosing sauces, veggies, protein, etc.

Pros: They wash the wok after each dish they prepare., You see them prepare your meal nothing is hidden., The people are very nice.
Cons: They serve meat but you get a freshly washed wok.

Yummy stir fry - Edit
Nice to have so many vegan options. I got noodles with tofu, veggies, and teriyaki sauce, with an added sweet potato fritter. Everything was yummy. It was also a huge portion...got two meals out of it! Agree with others that it would have been nice to have all items labeled so I didn't have to keep asking, "is that vegan?"

Love this place for lunch! - Edit
This place needs more recognition! The woks are made from ingredients that you choose, they have edamame or tofu as protein options. All their sauces are vegan and they use new utensils and woks for every customer.
