Cool Spot - Edit
Like its neighbor, Sentient Bean, this little grocery feels like going back in time to the late 90’s, early 00’s. When I walked past the deli picking up some snacks I knew I had to go back when I saw vegan sandwich options for $3-6 bucks! Pricing I was thrilled by! I ordered the vegan chicken salad sandwich and it was delicious. Definitely would’ve returned if I stayed any longer

Great place for sandwiches - Edit
Great little store to grab some vegan items and have a quick lunch. Sandwiches are great. Must I say Savannah is such an amazing town for foodies, was fortunate to try some amazing restaurants which we found on https://www.visitsavannah.com/food-drink while searching for 'restaurants in savannah ga'

Great store with lots of options - Edit
This is a small health food store on the edge of Forsyth Park. It's great. It offers a ton of options for vegans. It also has a deli inside with some vegan sandwiches, smoothies and juices. They'll let you sample the sandwhich spreads too. I had the tofu chicken salad sandwich which was great and since it's so close to the beautiful park, I took my sandwich there to eat. They store also offers some vegan snacks I haven't seen elsewhere. And they have a small fresh produce area in case you want to get some fruit and veggies. I think it would be a good place to pick something up for a picnic in the park. They have been in business for a long time and they have just gotten better over time.

Good Deli & Product Range - Edit
It’s super convenient to come here and do my grocery shopping for all my favorite vegan products, and have lunch at the deli counter. Some prices are cheaper than Whole Foods, and others are more expensive. I like shopping here especially for their bulk section!

Variety of vegan options. Good place to satisfy the dessert itch - Edit
Lots of vegan options here. We found quite a few vegan dessert options. Vegan cheeses, including Miyoko’s, pre-made vegan sandwiches. It reminded us of a small local Whole Foods. The downside is that it is a little expensive.

Awesome grocery store - Edit
Plenty of awesome products at the grocery portion and plenty of vegan options. I’ve had the goji dream smoothie. The flavor was good but didn’t really have the consistency of a smoothie. More of a juice or shake.

I love going here for fresh veggies, natural products, and vegan substitutes. There’s also a huge amount of vitamins and supplements to choose from, and even has a specific section for vegan supplements.

Great store! - Edit
This is a small health-food type store but they have lots of vegan items. We even found pumpkin-flavored vegan marshmallows (this was before Thanksgiving). It's definitely a great place to get what you need.

great selection - Edit
We went here for our grocery run. Their deli seemed to be heavily meat and dairy oriented so we didn't order anything there but their selection of vegan items in the natural foods store was excellent. They also had the best quality produce I think I've ever seen in a store of this small size. The only odd thing was that their avocados were in the refrigerator section, so we passed on the avo. We also wish they'd carried the far less expensive NUCO coconut wraps. We passed on their wraps as the brand they had were $12.50/5 wrap package.

Great spot in Savannah! - Edit
I didn't find Savannah to be overly vegan friendly so this place was super helpful for the few days I was there, I got sandwiches from the deli counter two days in a row and stocked up on other breakfast and snacky things in the grocery part. There's a whole vegan sandwich section of the menu, and lots of yummy vegan treats like earth balance "cheese"-its, ABC cookies, chao cheese slices, etc.

This store is amazing - Edit
Whenever visiting my family in Savannah I like to stop in here. They have unique local products and a wide selection of vegan goods. They also have a deli in the back where you can pick up a sandwich or salad, they even have a selection of prepared vegan and vegetarian salads for take-away. It's kind of my happy place.

Brighter Day has been in Savannah for over thirty years and you can tell when you walk in. It feels like a small town pharmacy or book store; it has slightly cramped aisles (in a charming way) and old friends. The staff is helpful, the selection is great, and the deli is awesome.

Savannah's Vegan Haven - Edit
Brighter Day stocks all the vegan staples, and is quick to get in new products. They have a small deli with some pre-made sandwiches, and will also make them to order (if you don't mind the wait). There are tables out front, and Forsyth Park is right across the street. I love this place and recommend it to everyone in Savannah!

good little grocery - Edit
I was happy to find this place in Savannah, as they had a good selection of healthy groceries and a couple of good quality prepared salad choices. I had a raw, chopped salad of broccoli and other vegetables that I liked. My only complaint is that I was hoping to get a fresh, green juice of some kind and I asked, but they only will make juices that have a base of carrot with other things added (i.e. carrot & apple). If you don't want carrot then you are out of luck in the juice department.

Excellent vegan sandwiches - Edit
I had never had tempeh before visiting this excellent health food store, and they had pre-made tempeh sandwiches in the refrigerated deli section that were absolutely wonderful! The barbecue tofu sandwich was also excellent! They have a good selection of healthy, canned beverages and vegan cookies, too. Outstanding store that I highly recommend.

Next door to Sentient Bean -- Don't miss this one! - Edit
Brighter Day is the younger, earthier sister of your favorite local co-op. They have a fantastic grocery selection (with refrigerated/frozen stuff too), and a teeny-tiny fresh produce wall. There's even a book/literature section at the front of the store, with subjects ranging from cooking to holistic health to vitamins to becoming vegan. The deli always has homemade ready-to-eat vegan options, like ratatouille, balsamic bean salad, marinated veggies, or pasta. There's a little bar up by the front window, too, so you can sit, relax, and eat the amazing food you just bought.
