Serves meat, vegan options available. A coffeehouse that offers organic coffee and organic soy milk and some food. Vegan versions of most beverages possible. Prepared foods include baked goods, salads, sandwiches, and the soup is usually vegan. Staff is knowledgeable about veganism and have ingredient lists handy. Open Mon-Sat 6:30am-10:00pm, Sun 6:30am-9:00pm.

Vegan Friendly - Edit
I particularly like their vegan quinoa & sweet potato wraps.
Pros: vegan-friendly, supports fair trade, nice atmosphere
Cons: wished it offered vegan items only, but it doesn't

Coffee shop with a few vegan items - Edit
This place is a coffee shop chain similar to Starbucks.
They did have a few vegan desserts and a couple of pre-packaged vegan food items. Most of the items were not vegetarian. I had a vegan quinoa kale salad which was good but nothing more. Not really a place I would return to for lunch.

Great pastries - Edit
Bridgehead is an Ottawa created coffee chain with the required wifi connections. I have found the furniture to be a bit more worn than in the thrift shop (ugh). Some people complain that the servers have an, "I'm cooler than you," attitude, which isn't bringing them return business. Their product is good. There is always an on site newspaper. Often there is no place to sit.
