Couple of choices - Edit
There's seem to be very few vegan friendly places to eat at night in Beechworth. In fact we ended up here twice. The one vegan pizza was good. They could sub vegan cheese onto others but most were meaty. The pizza bread and hummus small plate was also ok and big enough for a meal for me.

The garlic focaccia starter was horrible. The one vegan pizza was pumpkin, cherry tomatoes and rocket which was ok but certainly not worth having again

Good Gourmet Pizza - Edit
Only one vegan option for the pizza - Verdure Verde - but it was very good and fresh! I wish they had more options though. They no longer do alterations to the pizzas and no vegan cheese.
