Not so veg friendly - Edit
There was not much on the Brickworks menu for a vegetarian and even less for a vegan. Server was slow and didn't know what ingredients were in the menu items. Both things I ordered ended up with eggs and dairy in them even though I asked before ordering. This was a nice place, but with so many options in Palm Springs, I would probably choose another restaurant that provides a bit better service.

Two Filling Vegan Options - Edit
Brickworks has a delicious pizza that they have just begun to serve (as of end of October, 2019) with a cauliflower crust and vegan cheese. They also offer the Beyond Burger. This location would be perfect for a vegan looking for a filling meal or if you are looking for a place to appeal to omni friends.
