Pretty good - Edit
The vegan options are extremely limited in Broken Bow, and you have to really get very creative or cook at your lodging, so I was happy to find Brick & Bread! They have a few options on the menu that can be veganized or that are already vegan, including the hummus/veggies/pita bread, some of their salads (remove cheese and meat and use vinaigrette dressing), and some of their veggie sandwiches (remove the meat, cheese, honey and pesto sauce).
Read moreI dined in two times and the staff were kind. I double-checked ingredients for one of the sandwiches, and the staff continued to ask the cooks questions, which was helpful. They confirmed that the pesto sauce has dairy in it.
I ordered the tree hugger veggie sandwich and hummus/pita bread/veggies. Both were delicious during the first visit. During my second visit, they forgot to remove the pesto sauce from the tree hugger veggie sandwich, and they agreed to remake it. But when they brought out the sandwich again, one half of it wasn't toasted/grilled long enough, and the sandwich was soggy.
Overall, it's a good option in Broken Bow, considering there aren't many options.

Southern OK Gem - Edit
We went down to Broken Bow for the eclipse and were delighted to find this little gem. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our dietary needs. We enjoyed it so much we went back the next day. We loved the rye bread in the Tree Hugger sandwich.
