Vegan sandwich and croissant available - Edit
You can find a decent grilled veg and hummus sandwich at this location. They also have vegan croissants.

Something tasty inside the airport - Edit
There are two of them, one just outside the airport and one inside the departures. The arancino Is very tasty but I would have preferred it with the pistachios instead of the artichoke. It's just one option but you have to remember that in the south of Italy it is not very easy to get proper vegan food.

A life saver - Edit
It was such a nice surprise to be able to have something substantial at the Catania airport! The bar offers a sandwich with faux meat and veggies, which the staff heats up for you. I also had a cappuccino with soy milk and a vegan croissant with chocolate protein cream. All were tasty!
