Coffee cart on the Texas State campus in the Quad, usually between Flowers and Evans. Has two kinds of cold brew coffee and one cold brew iced tea. Offers soy milk, oat milk, and a simple syrup for sweetener. Open Mon-Thu 7:00am-3:30pm.

Best coffee on campus

I was so happy to find good coffee on campus! Dunkin’ is decent, but the fake Starbucks is a disgrace. BrewBike is perfect! I love that they have oat milk, and the Cinnamon-Brown Sugar cold brew is SOOOO GOOD!! It’s a little bit sweet, but not too much. The baristas are always super friendly. It’s in a dangerous location for me, right in between two of my buildings and so I go here almost every day.

Pros: Plant milk only!, Delicious cold brew, Great staff

Cons: Not here on Friday
