I ordered a vegan pizza, clearly identified as such on the menu. The waiter confirmed the order by showing me on his tablet. The pizza that arrived had no tomato sauce, was white, very cheesy and, as we discovered shortly after, contained guanciale.
Read moreWhen I raised my concerns with the waiter, he confirmed again that it was vegan and added that “some ingredients may differ from the menu”. This is not an acceptable justification, and under EU law (Regulation 1169/2011) there are legal obligations regarding food information provided to consumers.
Only after further insistence did he go to the kitchen and confirm the mistake: it was a meat and cheese pizza. No manager came to the table. The wrong pizza was left at the table for the rest of the group, which is no solution at all. I was told a new vegan pizza was already in the oven, despite having said I did not want one, and I was charged for it at the end.
The problem was not just the mistake itself. It was the incorrect confirmation twice, the failure to escalate to a manager, and the inability to understand the ethical impact this error has on a vegan customer. Involuntarily eating pork is not the same as receiving the wrong dish.
I do not recommend this restaurant AT ALL.

As others have stated, they have a specific vegan menu, which is enough to make a grown vegan cry lol
Read moreThat gave me a hard time choosing (in the best way), but I had been craving some good pesto for weeks so I went with the calamarata and it did not disappoint, I only wished the portion size was bigger. The vegan charcuterie plate with smoked "turkey" was different from what I had imagined but very good as well. Sadly I ended up not having time for dessert.
Service did take a bit, but not to an unreasonable point. The staff are incredibly friendly and I found the restaurant visually stunning (the bathrooms as well!).
Definitely would love to go back and try all the other dishes.
Pros: great food, friendly staff, tasteful decoration

I ordered the black truffle pizza. It was really tasty. The vegan cheese was very nice. The service was friendly and the restaurant is comfortable and has a nice atmosphere. I think the prices are a bit expensive, but I guess it's reasonable comparing to other businesses operating in the city center, and honestly the food is worth it.

I was very pleased with this restaurant and their specially designed vegan menu. It’s rare to have as many options in a non-vegan restaurant and I had a difficult time deciding what to order. Most places have 1-2 vegan meals (which is appreciated) that limits options. Great drink menu as well. The vegan charcuterie plate was delicious - especially the fig jam and smoked “turkey.” Pizza was delicious and met expectations. Pistachio tiramisu tasted great although be prepared that it’s not as coffee-flavored as a typical recipe. Definitely worth the visit! This restaurant met expectations for the vegans and non-vegans in our group.

There are at least 4 different types of vegan pizza and pasta with many vegan starters and 2 kinds of dessert.

Regarding the ambience, I think it's a bit too flashy and without a specific style in mind.
Pros: Many options, Nice staff, You get snacks while you wait for the food 😏
