Fresh baked deliciousness - Edit
Delicious stuff. Really enjoyed the cinnamon rolls and muffins. Was hoping to try something savory but they didn't start serving that until 10 am.

Great bakery and coffee!! - Edit
The coffee was amazing and their buns/pastries are also insane! They have some staples that are there every day and some specials which are there temporarily. I had a few of their buns and all were amazing. My favourite was a mixed berry bun topped with caramelised nuts. Would 100% recommend.

Beautiful bakery, well worth a visit - Edit
A lovely little bakery with super friendly staff and some truly delicious breads and baked goods! We tried the poppyseed and sesame loaf, pecan sourdough cinnamon bun, walnut and blackberry sticky bun, strawberry muffin and a frangipane bakewell slice. The bread was super fluffy and had an amazing flavour, great to eat on its own! The sourdough cinnamon buns deserve a special mention as they were our favourite, and you even got some vanilla cream cheese frosting to go with them! Our other goodies were also delicious, featuring unique flavours and beautiful presentation. We wish there was a place like this near home!

Heavenly - Edit
Oh my goshhhh BReD is to die for. We went towards the end of the day on a weekend and were a bit nervous they would be out of stock of pastries, but thankfully they had a few left. We were able to snag a couple pecan sourdough cinnamon rolls with icing and a coffee. Everything was absolutely heavenly and I wish I could've come back here multiple times during our trip to try everything. We even got to watch Ed make some sourdough for a bit and it was so fascinating. Wish I would've bought his cookbook as well!!

Fantastic loaves made, amazing rolls and squares, and a wide variety of plant-based drinks. Heaven, really. Grab a loaf or something else yummy after skiing or on the way back to wherever you've come from.

Insanely Everything - Edit
Like the bakeries in Switzerland! Oh my gosh the integrity here is outstanding. The selection vast. The textures and flavors divine and everything is organic vegan. THANK YOU! Only open Thurs-Sat early hours now so check the website before heading over. You do not have to pre-order here you can just show up. But if you do pre-order then they’ll have it for you special. I got the gluten-free mountain bread, a savory butternut squash bread (like a fluffy pizza), a carrot cake, homemade hummus and don’t miss the LAVENDER LATTE! 100% yes.

Visited twice during our three day Whistler stay! - Edit
As someone with a wheat sensitivity I was curious by their 3 day sourdough process that doesn’t make use of nutritional yeast. Over 24 hours later and I haven’t noticed the typical reaction I get from wheat - so they may have helped me narrow down the culprit to my wheat issues!
Read moreMy fiancée and I tried their sourdough loaf hummus on the first visit and warm cinnamon rolls (one regular and one pecan) tofu based icing on the second visit.
We would have gone back for a third visit before our drive back to Vancouver but they had already closed.

Great food, great prices, great vegan values - Edit
Ed, Natasha and their team take the time to make organic breads that are made with a sourdough starter and no commercial yeast. As a home baker of sourdough breads for over 20 years who does the same, I know that this takes more time, effort and care, but the result is a superlative loaf. Their other products are also amazing. We LOVED the olive and caramelized onion focaccia that comes out of the oven at noon. The cinnamon rolls, molasses cookies, hummus cookies, coffee and Indian Chai are terrific. The chai is different from any that I have tasted, with a delicious peppery spice. The molasses cookies are also differently spiced, and we appreciated that the baked goods weren't overly sweet. We'll be back!
Read morePros: Delicious!, Good prices, Many products seem to be locally sourced
Cons: In Creekside, but worth the trek from Whistler
