Amazing Vegan Food - Edit
This place has vegan Tres Leches Pancakes and omg they were sooooo delicious. I also had a vegan Harvest Veggie omelet. Food was 10/10 and the breakfast republic latte (iced with oat milk) was really good as well.

Good breakfast spot - Edit
I had the frustration which was pretty good. It is a huge amount of food though so bring your appetite. I did not see vegan milk options listed for their coffee drinks and since I wasn't having coffee I didn't ask but I bet they do. Service was friendly though they seemed understaffed. The place is a bit loud as it's under the flight path of the nearby airport and they play music as well. Everything is concrete so the sound bounces and when there's a lot of folks it can get noisy. So if you're looking for a quiet peaceful spot this may not be ideal for you.

Great Breakfast Spot - Edit
This place had great options for the whole family. I had the veggie & pesto frittata and it didn’t not disappoint. My daughter had the vegan breakfast burrito and it was also excellent but very large, she took half home.

As the only vegan in my family, breakfast republic is a place we can always agree on! They have a vegan section on their menu and everything is delicious so good luck trying to order. My favorite is the vegan pesto frittata!

Had a huge vegan burrito which will be my lunch too. Had five vegan options on the menu. Was busy at 0730 on Sunday morning.
