Such good breakfast! - Edit
Plenty of options FOR ONCE for breakfast. It’s phenomenal I highly recommend going. We got the harvest omelette, Jamin’ Bennie, and tres leches pancakes. The pancakes were so fluffy. They were very helpful with allergies as well

Excellent vegan options- Tre leches pancakes were amazing! - Edit
I had a friend in town whose boyfriend had to eat animal bacon and pancakes. It took a while to find a breakfast spot that also had vegan options for me. The Vegan Tre Leches pancakes were amazing. Melt in your mouth delicious with vegan cream between the layers and fresh strawberries. The omelets and breakfast burrito looked great, too. The decor isn't a plus but I will definitely go back for this indulgence!

Clearly marked vegan options - Edit
I had the Jammin Bennie & it was delicious. They also had three alternative milks for the coffee with no up-charge. This was the best vegan meal I've had in a non-vegan restaurant in years. Will definitely go back

Vegan Breakfast Burrito - Edit
Menu is clear for vegan items. The staff is friendly and happy to help / answer questions. I loved my platter. Rice and beans were okay but the burrito was different in the best way. Went with a non vegan who happily tried my plate and they liked it as well. Great options and will gladly come back.

So vegan-friendly! - Edit
Breakfast Republic has a whole section of their menu devoted to vegan food, including eggs benedict, omelets, and Tres Leche pancakes as their spring special! I am so grateful for them.

Our Newport Beach Go-To Breakfast Spot - Edit
Saturday and Sunday this is where we chose to enjoy breakfast during our trip! Both days we thoroughly enjoyed the harvest omelette, breakfast potatoes fruit, multigrain toast and bottomless coffee with oat milk! Our servers were great! Nice outdoor seating! I have to add that I normally avoid Asparagus which was inside the omelette because of my braces… However the asparagus was super tender!

Good food and portions but not cheap - Edit
Had a 30 minute wait despite there being some empty tables - presumably understaffed. Service was good, 5 vegan options clearly marked on the menu, tasted great and big portions. Looking forward to coming back sometime to try other options. Beer and wine available.

Try the Jammin Bennie - Edit
I was super disappointed today with my pick up order and the service that I received. I fully understand that New Years Day is always a busy day for brunch and that COVID complicates the normal flow of business operations. There seemed to be no order or consistency to the way customer service was handled. I called in my order and was told that it would be 1/2 an hour. I arrived 20 minutes later and stood in line to pay, then had to wait another 30 minutes before my food was finally ready. From the time I called it in it was 55 minutes and had they told me when I paid it would be that much longer I would have waited in my car or something not standing on a crowded patio with no shade.
Read moreI have previously loved the food and the service at other locations. The food was excellent once we finally got it, especially the Jammin Bennie, the Creamy Hollandaise, with the sweet jam and the salty sausage is amazing. I also recommend the Harvest Omelet and the Avo Toast. The potiond are large and can be shared or enjoyed later as left overs. The coffee is strong and flavorful and their OJ is fresh.
Pros: Vegan options, Vegan Holendaise, Great coffee with vegan milk options
Cons: Slow service, Inconsistent Covid policies
