So first time visitor here and I asked the young man at the counter what’s vegan. He didn’t know. Luckily the other fellow working was very knowledgeable but had he not been there I would have left empty handed.
Read moreNOTHING is labeled. You have to ask about all of it. And they don’t have a nutrition menu you can look at.
Many of the breads, English muffins and pretzels are vegan.
The only vegan dessert is the chocolate babka.
I got a pretzel and babka. Both yummy but you have to hope you get a knowledgeable worker if you go here.

Breadsmith is everything - Edit
Not everything on the menu is vegan, so ask before buying. All of the bread is baked fresh and absolutely delicious. If you’re going to buy anything, get the chocolate babka!

Their chocolate babka is amazing, especially when you heat it up in the oven at a low heat.

The description that states “all breads are vegan” is incorrect; not all breads are vegan, bc some use honey.
