Promising start comes to crashing halt - Edit
The Bread & Cheese used to be a lively pub with a very mediocre restaurant. Then it was taken over and the food got better, with a handful of decent vegan options. These eventually dropped to two choices then the place relaunched as a carvery. A place for a quiet drink only.
