Very tasty vegan filling

I wanted to try the tapioca bread. I didn’t find it particularly tasty but the vegan filling was excellent and made the whole dish delicious.

Interesting bread alternative

Tried the vegan options at the Eumundi markets. The tapioca outer didn't have a lot of flavour but was nice and crispy. The mushroom mix with the hummus was tasty.

Pros: Unique option

Cons: Messy to eat

Enjoyable

Lovely brekky from Noosa farmers market on Sunday mornings. I enjoy the spinach, mushroom, avo, tomato and vegan cheese toasted tapioca wrap which is great.
