Disappointing: Bland, spiceless, and no crispness

The atmosphere of the location is very cozy, even though it is large restaurant.
Fortunately, there were some dishes, but they all sounded a bit dull.
I decided to order the burger Burgertraum with extra caramelized onions. The burger was disappointing. Nothing was crispy (burger bun, patty, fries), the patty was not warm and/or roasted, the fries looked not like freshly deep fried and were dry, the vegetables were just standard and of cheap quality (salad, tomato, pickled cucumber), the burger sauce was simple strained tomato sauce, and also the caramelized onions were without any wine etc. Everything was bland and completely spiceless.
In summary, the burger was - seriously - like a first attempt of cooking a burger. It’s a 2 of 5. It was not even possible to recognize any attempt of effort or love in this meal.
Furthermore, I received a comment like "special extra wishes" when I was just asking whether the caramelized onions are vegan or prepared with meat broth.
It is probably a nice place to go with a large group of people with vegans/non-vegans if it more about social aspect, but I would not recommend it to vegans who mainly want to enjoy food.

Leckeres Essen und guter Service

Das Restaurant ist ein bisschen schicker aber noch nicht gehoben. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Es gibt einige vegane Optionen, die gut in der Karte deklariert sind.
