Fresh baked pitas and vegan cookies - Edit
Brassica has build your own bowl/pita/salad options with many fresh vegan choices. The roasted jalapeño cauliflower is really tasty. The hummus is excellent and the pitas were freshly baked and warm. They also had vegan tahini chocolate chip cookies which were soft batch style and yummy.

Great for vegans and non-vegans alike! - Edit
This place has lots of vegan options, and they’re all delicious. It’s a great place to bring non-vegan friends and family if they’re not up for trying a fully vegan restaurant. I highly recommend the pita, falafel, and vegan cookies. It’s also great for catering with different dietary restrictions in mind!

Delicious chipotle style Mediterranean food - Edit
Love brassica - the hummus and falafel are delicious and the many veggie options are seasoned perfectly. You can get in a bowl or pita pocket. They also have vegan tahini cookies which are amazing, and seasoned fries!
