Many Options

The options available were very good. I had the vegan chili and dessert. The chili had great spice to it and it came with rice. The dessert had vegan cream and was ok but not a lot of flavor.

Pros: Chooses, Menu changes

Cons: Lack of flavor

Brasserie Blanc

Overall, we had a mostly positive experience at Brasserie Blanc. There was a good number of vegan options across the menu and the vegan-friendly wines were clearly marked, so this made it easy. I had the beetroot appetizer and it was OK. It seemed like it was served colder than it should’ve been because the oil was solidified on the top (you can see this in the photos). For the entrée, I had the pea mint ravioli and it was delicious. There were many vegetables hiding underneath the ravioli. The reason why I removed a star is because we were served our wine in dirty/used wine glasses. You could see the red wine from the previous person in the glass as it had mixed with the white wine wine that we had ordered (you could even see dried red wine at the bottom of the cup). It’s quite disgusting of the restaurant to have had this sort of oversight; moreover, there was really no apology for this or even any sort of “have a free drink on us“. Also, I wouldn’t call this “fine dining“, it’s more casual/slightly upscale dining.
