Magnifique hôtel - Edit
Un hôtel magnifique avec un chef et une équipe très sympa et dynamiques. Il y a des plats vegans à la carte (soupe, steack de choux fleur) et des sorbets en dessert.
Read moreLorsque l’on reste à l’hôtel en les prévenant ils préparent un menu petit déjeuner exprès: pancakes, pudding de chia etc. C’était très bon. Ils ont différents laits végétaux.

Beautifully decorated but not your first choice. Not cheap. - Edit
This is probably a candidate when you're staying in the area for a while and would like a change. The vegan options are minimal and pretty expensive. And it looks like they're not available at lunchtime.
