Best vegan breakfast sandwich - Edit
Bramble has the best vegan breakfast sandwich I’ve had. A really good, slightly chewy bun, with a vegan sausage patty, a vegan “egg” patty, cheeze, kimchi aioli for a little kick of spice, cooked spinach and tomato. Yum. Coffee was really good too. The maple donut was really fluffy and light but not strong enough of maple in my opinion. I also had a coconut white chocolate cookie to go, but I found it very sweet.

Halifax is so lucky to have an all vegan cafe! They offer an array of sweet and savory breakfast options including a delicious breakfast sandwich, muffins, cinnamon buns, all freshly made in-house! I would go here all the time if we lived in Halifax.

This isn’t just a great place for Halifax, this is a great place by like, international standards. Some of the best vegan desserts and coffee I’ve ever had and their breakfast sandwich is outstanding. Did I mention all the staff is really nice too?

The doughnuts are SO light and fluffy, cannot recommend them enough. The space is really bright and gorgeous, and the coffee is excellent as well. They also sell their own bagels and small packaged loafs, as well as coffee too. Such a lovely spot!

Very tasty coffee and matcha. I did not get any food but they did have some vegan donuts and cookies on hand and offered a vegan breakfast sandwich and bagel with plant based butter or hummus as well as a buffalo tofu hand pie. Came here to do some work for a few hours - there is decent seating and the vibe is nice. Prices are what you would expect for an independent coffee shop.
