Great for a Bite At The Top - Edit
We climbed up Box Hill from the stepping stones and were happy to find this cafe at the top. We had a vegan sausage roll, vegan summer berry flapjack, coffees with oat milk and even Jude's plant-based ice creams in a vegan cone (including salted caramel, chocolate, vanilla, lemon and mint chocolate. Some really nice refreshments after our uphill climb. They did also have some hot food such as jacket potatoes with beans and vegan toasties. Like all National Trust cafes, prices are on the high side, but otherwise it's a decent pit stop before making the descent.

Some nice things here - Edit
Was surprised to find any vegan food available in this small cafe, but was very happy with my vegan Gouda focaccia! They also had some cookies and other goodies. Vegan items were clearly marked. A Jude’s icecream truck with 3 vegan ice creams was outside. I went on a Sunday, so the cafe was very busy but if you go off peak check the opening hours in case the cafe is closed.

Pros: Interesting vegan options , Good amount of seating , Food was nice
Cons: Not a huge vegan range, could do with even more!
