Worth a stop for cocktails and bao

Bouzy is a great Hyde Park spot for cocktails and small plates. The drinks were solid across the board, well-balanced and enjoyable without being overdone.

I ordered the vegan mushroom bao buns, and they were excellent. Soft buns with flavorful mushrooms, and it was nice to see a vegan option that felt well thought out rather than an afterthought.

The atmosphere is lively but comfortable, making it a good choice for a casual night out or meeting friends for drinks. Definitely a place I’d go back to.
