Hotel restaurant with vegan options - Edit
In this restaurant you can eat delicious food as a vegan. The menu includes at least a delicious pie of fried potatoes with hummus and vegetables. We also had a small salad with a vegan dressing

For breakfast you indicate in advance what you want to eat and drink. Enough vegan options like fruit, tomatoes, olives, cucumber, peppers etc. As extra there was a bowl of hummus.
For a non-vegan hotel this was surprising good.
