Read moreGenerous portions in the bowls, and many vegetable salad options.
No longer limited to falafel (but still great), the shitaki mix almost tastes like beef.
Really great and the baklava is also vegan

Vegan plate - Edit
I had the vegan plate which was excellent, lots of rice, potatoes, veggies, grilled vegan shawarma and I opted for the garlic vegan sauce. Really good.

Didn’t expect this vegan option to be that great but was totally proven wrong! Both the vegan pita and platter use mushroom meat and they are amazing! Flavourful and filling, with an authentic taste. A perfect, vegan, fast-food choice!

They don't have that many vegan options, but they knocked it out of the park with vegan kebab. My favourite vegan option in the West Island.

Excellent vegan kebab! - Edit
Boustan offers new vegan options since Aug 2020. I love their vegan kebab pita and garlic sauce. The vegan kebab is made of shiitake mushrooms and has a great chewy texture. Portions are generous and filling. Service is quick and friendly. I highly recommend Boustan for a quick meal with omnivore friends.
